  • How do I place an order ?

Customers can simply add the product they wish to purchase to their shopping cart, then proceed to the checkout page and fill in their personal information, shipping address, and payment details.

  • Where is my Tracking number ?

2-3 days after order confirmation, customers will receive a second email with the relevant tracking number to check the shipment status of their order.

Missing email ? Please check your Spam Folder !

  • Can I cancel my order ?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you can cancel it by sending us a message within 12 hours.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • When will my order arrive ?

 

All orders are delivered with EXPRESS courrier within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Europe & North America : 6-7 days
  • Oceania : 6-7 days
  • Gulf countries : 6-7 days
  • Rest of the world  : 8-10 days

Please note that our delivery time frames are only estimates, and may vary in the event of external factors such as; Holidays, Courier's performance during peak seasons, or a Country’s restrictions.

  • Where do you ship from ?

We ship from our warehouse relocated in Hong Kong.

  • Will I have to pay international taxes and duties ?

Additional duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. We are not responsible for these additional costs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

  • Do you accept returns ?

We take pride in delivering high-quality products, and your satisfaction is essential to us. As such, we accept returns in the case of a defective product.

If, upon receiving your order, you find the item to be defective or damaged, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means that within 14 days after receiving your item, you can request a return for a refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons related to customer preference or dissatisfaction with the product. Our return policy is limited to cases where the product is genuinely defective or damaged.
